Fidelity is looking to build a search and content discovery platform powered by AI to support millions of customer requests

Requirements

• Deep expertise in container technologies, especially Kubernetes (AWS EKS preferred) and Docker
• Hands-on experience implementing hybrid search solutions using Solr or OpenSearch
• Understanding of build tools and package managers (helm, maven, npm, pip, etc.)
• Well-versed in Software development and delivery lifecycle for large scale systems
• Ability to design and implement automations and solutions using languages such as Python, Groovy, Shell and NodeJS
• Knowledge of Datadog, Splunk or other OpenTelemetry or APM tools for logging, observability and monitoring
• Cloud certifications (CKAD, AWS, etc.)

Responsibilities

• building, managing and automating cloud infrastructure that support internal associates' and customers' online search needs
• using the latest AI/ML techniques to help improve search results
• building a search and content discovery platform that is powered by AI
• implementing hybrid search solutions using Solr or OpenSearch
• designing and implementing automations and solutions using languages such as Python, Groovy, Shell and NodeJS
• tracing and troubleshooting complex CI/CD scenarios, release issues and environment issues in a multi-component systems
• operating in a polyglot development environment

• Advanced degree on computer science related field or equivalent experience
• Your ability to lead teams from conception to production
• Your ability to synthesize business need into scalable technology solutions
• Your excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office
