Requirements
- Experience with Integration and Test campaigns
- Experience with Electrical Power Subsystem or Telemetry, Tracking & Commanding Subsystem
- Candidate must have an active DoD Secret security clearance at time of application
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of spacecraft production processes and procedures
- Basic Programming Skills in one or more of these areas: Python, C, Matlab, Excel
Responsibilities
- Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule and cost constraints
- Leads and develops an expert understanding of your assigned subsystems, and utilize test infrastructure to dry run and execute system level verification.
- Performs troubleshooting and resolution of HW/SW configuration issues on systems to resolve issues related to system functionality
- Generates test products and automated test scripts for System Level Testing
- Adheres to and maintains processes and procedures for the assembly integration and test of space vehicles
- Ability to adapt to changing test environment and able provide solutions to meet schedule and cost
- Will be able to support multiple shifts and weekends, and offsite travel
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline plus 5 years of engineering experience
- Master’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) discipline plus 3 years of engineering experience
- PhD Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) discipline plus 1 years of engineering experience
- U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions
