Northrop Grumman is seeking a Microelectronics Product Engineer to support the standup and maturation of a new microelectronics line within the NGMC division, enabling numerous Northrop Grumman's ground-based radars, avionic radars, and space systems.
Requirements
- Direct experience in product engineering function in semiconductors
- Experience with Microelectronics assembly and/or Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) manufacturing
- Demonstrate application of detailed data analytics techniques
- JMP and SPC experience
- Experience with Kitting and Factory Logistics
- A strong technical background in solid state device physics, digital and RF circuit design and test, and device reliability & qualification
Responsibilities
- Generating & maintaining product backend (test & assembly) trip tickets
- Track/monitor program metrics (delivery & yield)
- Resolve technical issues
- Efforts to drive cost and schedule improvements across a technology sector
- Supporting technology development through detailed analysis
- Contributing to the technical community through publications and teaching events
- Capability and drive to expand functional capacity of teams and organizations
