Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the technology and architecture of Fortra products by innovating, leading, and enabling teams to deliver superior solutions.
- Develop architectural best practices and standards.
- Reduce redundant technologies in product offerings.
- Enhance product integration between Fortra products.
- De-risk future projects with research and analysis.
- Assist the M&A team with analysis of prospective technology.
- Contribute to Fortra Labs which includes Hack Day programming events, Innovation Days, Lighthouse Projects, the Inner Source program, and other innovation initiatives.

- 60 months of progressive experience as Principal Technical Architect, Staff Firmware Development Engineer, Senior Principal Engineer, or related occupation.
- Position supervises 1 Software Architect [15-1252.00 Software Developers].
- Position permits telecommuting from within the U.S.
