Logitech is looking to ensure the end-to-end quality, deployment, and operational stability of sync and tune applications for their Video Conferencing device team.
Requirements
- Strong programming/scripting expertise in Python and Selenium.
- Solid experience with development tools such as GitHub and Jenkins.
- In-depth knowledge of Android OS and Linux/Unix environments.
Responsibilities
- Implement, manage, and maintain robust testing automation frameworks and related processes to ensure reliable Quality Assurance platforms.
- Rapidly design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases for API, Web UI, desktop, and mobile applications in support of new software release cycles.
- Uphold best practices for software development, including writing high-quality test cases, automation scripts, proper documentation, and performance monitoring to continuously improve standards.
- Contribute to agile planning by providing estimations and designing incremental deliverables that align with development cycles.
- Conduct code reviews for test automation scripts and mentor junior and mid-level automation engineers to elevate team capabilities.
- Proactively identify and escalate development blockers to program managers for timely resolution.
- Work closely with engineers to enhance testing tools, frameworks, and infrastructure.

- 10+ years of proven leadership in QA automation teams and projects, with expertise in quality assurance processes and tools.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
- This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 150000 and $ 200000.
- Most of our jobs are open to work from home from most locations. Our hybrid work model allows some employees to work remotely while others work on-premises.
