Northrop Grumman is looking to solve the problem of automating testing for the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) program by developing software to produce test artifacts for verification of the system.
Requirements
- Recent software development experience using Python
- Recent experience in software development related to Test Automation
- Experience/Exposure to Test Automated GUI driven tools – Eggplant specifically
- Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira, Confluence, Crucible, Bitbucket, Subversion, Bamboo, Jenkins, Sonarqube, Fortify, or Coverity
- Security + certified
- Trusted User certified
- GMD/MDA Experience
- Missile Defense Experience
Responsibilities
- Developing software to automate testing that is required to produce test artifacts for verification for the system
- Support of the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) program
- Software design requirements, application development, integration, testing, and deployment
- Test Automation
- Working in an Agile environment using Jira, Confluence, Crucible, Bitbucket, Subversion, Bamboo, Jenkins, Sonarqube, Fortify, or Coverity
- Producing program level solutions across product teams
- Collaborating with systems engineers, hardware designers and integration/test engineers at all levels
Other
- Ability and willingness to travel 10% to support business needs
- Applicants must be able to work full-time onsite as this is not a remote position
- Applicants must have a current active in-scope U.S. Government DoD issued Secret security clearance at the time of application
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline preferred from an accredited university
- U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions
