Microsoft's Business & Industry Copilots group is looking to solve the problem of designing and delivering business applications, specifically the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite of products, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, and Microsoft Industry Solution.
Requirements
- Coding experience in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Experience with AI/ML relevant tooling
- Experience in data engineering and data modelling (preferred)
- Experience with modern licensing and payment systems (preferred)
- Experience in C and .Net (preferred)
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale, low-latency services that meet the needs of our diverse user base.
- Deliver high quality code that is maintainable, performant, testable and used in cross products
- Conduct efficient design and architectural discussions, ensuring that solutions are secure, reliable and maintainable.
- Lead and facilitate technical discussions, encouraging contributions from all team members and fostering an inclusive environment where ideas can be shared without judgment.
- Drive effective project management and delivery within a results-oriented environment.
- Build a suite of microservices to get near real-time insights over data in Microsoft Power Platform
- Design, implement, and support licensing and monetization models

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
- Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
