Microsoft is seeking to build Agents and services that enable near real-time insights and agentic assistance across model-driven apps, transforming how users interact with data and automation within their low-code platform.
Requirements
- coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Technical leadership experience
- Full-stack experience working on front and backend development.
- Experience with Semantic Kernel, Azure AI services, Kubernetes, React, Javascript, Typescript.
- Deep understanding of service fundamentals: reliability, scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and Copilot Studio.
- Domain knowledge in security, privacy, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable microservices, agents and SDKs that power agentic experiences in business apps.
- Lead technical design and implementation of existing and new features.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists and partner teams to deliver high-impact solutions with high-reliability.
- Lead innovation in low-code and pro-code extensibility, enabling makers to build custom agents with ease.
- Lead users from an autonomy scale of 1 to 10 and maximize end-user productivity.
- Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a high-performing and inclusive team culture.
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance across all service components.
