Requirements
- Proven experience in large-scale software development, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems.
- Demonstrated success in building internal tools and platforms that enhance team productivity.
- Experience leading technical projects, driving solutions across team boundaries, and mentoring engineers.
- Deep experience building and operating cloud services, coupled with a passion for hands-on problem solving and pragmatic innovation.
- Experience working across teams, developing tooling, and driving forward early-stage product and platform ideas.
- Strong technical acumen and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Research and exploration of emerging technologies in media.
- Architecting and building developer tools that reduce friction and improve productivity across multiple OCI teams.
- Partnering with internal service teams to deliver creative solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Rapid development of proof-of-concepts and MVPs to validate ideas and demonstrate value.
- Driving engineering excellence across observability, scalability, and operational maturity.
- Collaborating across geographically distributed teams to build reliable and reusable solutions.
- Mentoring engineers and influencing engineering culture through guidance and leadership.
Other
- BS in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years of software development experience.
