Requirements

Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable microservices, agents and SDKs that power agentic experiences in business apps.
- Lead technical design and implementation of existing and new features.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists and partner teams to deliver high-impact solutions with high-reliability.
- Lead innovation in low-code and pro-code extensibility, enabling makers to build custom agents with ease.
- Lead users from an autonomy scale of 1 to 10 and maximize end-user productivity.
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance across all service components.
- Continuously improve developer experience and platform capabilities through experimentation and feedback loops.
