Requirements
- Extensive experience in mobile and web development with React, React Native, Node.js, and Python.
- Extensive experience in automated testing of mobile and web applications
- Extensive experience in the design, development, and delivery of software products with a large user base.
- A clear vision for front-end and full-stack architecture design and effective communication skills to articulate that to all levels of stakeholders.
- Understanding of distributed technologies, public cloud technologies, scalable platforms, full stack development, ML- platforms, NLU, Generative AI and Operational Excellence.
- Strong skills in Data Modeling of a complex domain.
- Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and maintenance of our front-end and full-stack technical architecture, aligning it with business goals and scalability requirements.
- Architect complex software systems, ensuring performance, security, and scalability needs are met.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to software engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, UX/UI, Quality Assurance, DevOps, and engineering.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices through thorough code reviews.
- Stay at the forefront of technological advancements, conducting research to identify emerging tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scopes, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with architectural goals.
