Requirements
- Coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Experience with building scalable AI infrastructure
- Experience with fine-tuning AI models
- Experience with developing experimentation and evaluation frameworks
- Experience with curating datasets and driving model quality
- Experience with analyzing experimentation scorecards
- Experience with designing and leading efforts for the architecture of complex products/solutions
Responsibilities
- Design and Build Scalable AI Infrastructure.
- Fine tuning AI models.
- Develop Experimentation and Evaluation Frameworks.
- Curate Datasets and Drive Model Quality.
- Analyze experimentation scorecards.
- Collaborates closely with Product Managers to help them define datasets for scenarios and helps analyze experimentation scorecards.
- Owns and leads efforts and discussions for the architecture of aspects of complex products/solutions (e.g., design, cost).
Other
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- 6+ years technical engineering experience
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field (preferred)
- 8+ years technical engineering experience (preferred)
