Responsibilities
- Define and communicate company-wide technical vision and strategy.
- Architect foundational platforms and set reference architectures.
- Lead multi-year, multi-org initiatives with broad business impact.
- Establish governance processes (e.g., tech councils, RFC standards).
- Define company-wide reliability and security posture.
- Partner with executives to align technical investments with company strategy.
- Represent Zippy externally as a technical thought leader.
