Build out ProRata Attribution products, focusing on large scale content understanding, distributed attribution serving, knowledge systems, agentic backend work, analytics and reporting to create a fairer AI ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience building large-scale systems for search, NLP/ML areas.
  • 10+ years of commercial software experience
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development (e.g., Python, Java, C++, Rust)
  • Experience building large scale distributed systems / Cloud native
  • Experience building systems with high availability and low latency
  • Experience with NLP/Search systems and large scale services.
  • Experience with GenAI especially LLMs

Responsibilities

  • Work cross functionally to design and build our ProRata Attribution system & products
  • Partner with other engineering and frontend teams on user management, APIs and service optimization
  • Ensure the content processing, indexing and attribution infrastructure is designed and implemented for robustness, scalability and automation
  • Build out workflow and agentic backend to support new and innovative workflows
  • Collaborate with Revenue and Product Delivery teams to contribute to new use cases for solving problems for customers and clients
  • Participate in IP creation, such as patenting, case studies, white papers and research papers as determined by business needs

Other

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders

  • This position is Onsite. This role is based at our Bellevue, WA office location, and employees are expected to work on-site during regular business hours.
