Requirements
- 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- 2+ years of experience in building ML Models based on large volumes of data
- 2+ years of industry experience building, designing, managing and delivering highly available, large-scale: cloud services and/or distributed systems / services on a cloud platform
- Industry experience in MITRE techniques and building threat detections
- 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C, Java, JavaScript, or Python
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain high scale services that form the backbone of Azure Security Monitoring.
- Collaborate with partners, internal and external to Azure Security organization, to design and build features that enable in protecting and securing Azure.
- Work in a culture of continuous learning, adaptation, reflection, and growth.
- Mentoring peers to ensure engineering best practices and code is held at a high-quality bar.
- building distributed and highly available services.
- designing and building critical infrastructure which will focus on protecting and securing the compute resources in Azure.
Other
- Hybrid Position is located at our Microsoft office in Redmond, Washington.
- Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates will need to relocate or reside within 50 miles of the field location.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
