Requirements
- Experience using various web technologies such as JavaScript, Typescript, Node, NPM, HTML 5, React and Websockets
- Experience working with C/C++, client-side Java, systems, and Python
- Experience with Client/Server and scalable technologies
- Platform experience with AndroidTV, AppleTV, ChromeOS, or WebOS a plus
- Previous exposure with integrating payment systems
- Experience building complex systems in collaboration with partners
Responsibilities
- Lead deployments, optimize implementations, and handle integrations to build successful, long-term partnerships
- Own technical engagements and find creative/innovative solutions that lead Crunchyroll’s experiences to the next level
- Lead projects that require close collaboration with other teams like Product, Engineering, Business Development, Program management, and Marketing
- Improve existing operations, define and commercialize new solutions, bridge product gaps, automate partner operations, and take new initiatives from conception to successful deployment
- Lead and develop prototypes and MVP for testing and deployment of new systems
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 15+ years of experience working with embedded devices, Consumer Electronics manufacturers, SoC providers, and Pay TV Operators
- Ability to speak to both business and technical partners
