As a leader in the Gameplay Systems team, you will manage a group of software engineers with the unique challenge of building the systems that empower internal developers and the creator community to deliver world-class Minecraft experiences to players across multiple platforms.
Requirements
- 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Proficient design, programming and debugging knowledge with the ability to lead others to do these at quality through solid engineering practices
Responsibilities
- Take an active part in the tech strategy for gameplay systems and advocate great engineering practices as well as continuous improvement.
- Guide the team to design elegant solutions which result in maintainable high-quality code.
- Mentor the team on implementation and release at quality.
