It is one of the fastest growing products at Microsoft, and the primary means through which most M365 users experience the power of Copilot – be it Chat, Search, or Agents. M3CA is a multi-platform product, built for consumer-grade experiences and enterprise-grade trust. Our team is responsible for all aspects of engineering for this ecosystem of applications and services.
Requirements
- coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- developing, deploying, and maintaining one or more large scale Windows, Mac, or Web applications.
- designing, implementing, and debugging application and frontend code.
Responsibilities
- designing, building and running the Copilot application across Windows, Mac, and Web platforms.
- lead architectural decisions and contribute hands-on code to build applications, balancing innovation with platform stability.
- write secure, reliable, scalable code as well as test automation and telemetry to measure its behavior in production.
- design, prototype, implement, and ship features.
- partner across multiple product and platform teams in Microsoft and define reusable architectural patterns and techniques that enable consistent and intelligent user experiences at scale.
- provide engineering leadership to the team taking on technical issues inherent in building and delivering a consumer-grade application that powers cross-platform AI experiences.
- working on-call to monitor the product for degradation, downtime, or interruptions.
Other
- 3+ years experience mentoring and guiding other engineers.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
