Requirements
- coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java, JavaScript, Swift, or Python
- developing, shipping, and maintaining one or more large scale Windows, Mac, or Web applications
- planning, leading, and executing projects, as well as delivering impactful results
- resolving customer feedback and improving product quality
- coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java, JavaScript, Swift, or Python
- technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java, JavaScript, Swift, or Python
Responsibilities
- lead architectural decisions and help your team make sound technical choices to build applications, balancing innovation with platform stability
- work closely with your Engineering Managers and Product counterparts to take ideas through design, implementation, validation, and release
- foster a fast paced, collaborative environment to design, prototype, implement, and ship features
- partner across multiple product and platform teams in Microsoft and define reusable architectural patterns and techniques that enable consistent and intelligent user experiences at scale
- mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical capabilities in architecture, performance profiling, and cross-platform design systems
- provide engineering leadership to the team taking on technical issues inherent in building and delivering a consumer-grade application that powers cross-platform AI experiences
- Optimizes, debugs, refactors, and reuses code to improve performance and maintainability, effectiveness, and return on investment.
