Jamf is looking to solve the problem of defining and executing an enterprise-wide AI and automation strategy to align with strategic business goals and drive innovation through cross-functional leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture or enterprise AI development
- Proven experience with AI platforms (e.g., Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI)
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other languages used for AI/ML development
- Familiarity with MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI practices
- Working knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, SOX, FedRamp, etc.)
- Experience with SaaS-based automation and orchestration tools
- Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as M365, Zoom, Slack, Atlassian
Responsibilities
- Define and drive Jamf’s enterprise AI strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional discussions to identify opportunities for AI and automation across departments.
- Design and oversee the development of AI models, intelligent workflows, and automation pipelines.
- Architect scalable AI solutions using cloud-native platforms and modern ML frameworks.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure robust data pipelines and model training environments.
- Lead the implementation of AI solutions into existing IT systems and business processes.
- Ensure seamless integration with identity, security, and compliance frameworks.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT systems architecture and engineering (Preferred)
- HS Diploma / GED Degree (Required)
- 4 year / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Preferred)
- Certifications in AI/ML, cloud architecture, or data engineering (Preferred)
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
