RTX Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join their Business Systems Application Support team to develop, maintain, and support business-critical applications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in fullstack development, with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, C and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
- Experience with database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL, NoSQL).
- Application architectures and related technologies.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, specifically SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), is essential.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and support business systems applications, ensuring they meet the needs of internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and security.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
- Participate in Agile SAFe ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement within the Agile framework.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
