Northrop Grumman Space Systems—Launch and Missile Defense Systems is looking for a Principal Software Development Analyst—Performance Assessment Engineer to support the U.S. President, the Secretary of Defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and operational levels by enhancing the Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program. This program is crucial for the Missile Defense System, providing an operational platform to plan missile defense operations, monitor battle progress, and control networked sensors and weapon systems to achieve global and regional mission objectives. The role aims to improve the C2BMC system's ability to deliver optimized responses to threats, act as a force multiplier by synchronizing autonomous systems, and verify/demonstrate missile defense capabilities through ground and flight tests.
