Requirements
- Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field
- Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
- Quality Engineering Certifications (not mandatory, but good to have): DevOps, SAFe Agilist, ITIL
- Experience with test automation suites/framework
- Experience with software or hardware integration
- Experience with DevOps Implementation
- Experience with agile methodologies
Responsibilities
- Drive Quality Engineering across Organization
- Align Quality Strategies with Organizational Vision
- Advance product quality via testing innovations and process improvement
- Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
- Govern and advice on analysis, optimization, improvement of test automation suites/framework
- Facilitate POC for New Tools & Technologies
- Accelerate test development process for continuous improvement
Other
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- B.E/B.Tech Graduate or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience
- May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
- Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with others to adopt a different point of view
- Ability to work in a flexible and collaborative work culture
