The company is looking to adopt ID Proofing technology and drive processes, workflows, and engineering efforts for customer-facing account opens, maintenance, and transactional user-interfaces. The role aims to solve complex business needs and opportunities through systems analysis.
Requirements
- Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) coordinating projects with a focus on Microservices architecture, monitoring logs, and performing end-to-end testing, using REST APIs, SQL databases, Snowflake, and AWS.
- DE creating comprehensive flowcharts and diagrams to clarify processes using Microsoft Visio and Draw.io; and sending release communications and coordinating stakeholders for validations during installs using Postman, Datadog, vendor dashboards, Snowflake, and SQL.
- DE implementing Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP)process (adhering to data security standards) for bulk analysis file transfers using AWS S3 buckets, MFT Axway, SFTP, and SSH encryption.
- DE creating access file feeds, designing access controls, coordinating user access permissions, and conducting training sessions to facilitate smooth product adoption and effective usage using Excel, Confluence, PowerBI, IntelliJ, and Github; and assisting the correct mapping of schemas using Snowflake, Microsoft SQL, REST API, and SOAP UI.

- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and five (5) years of experience as a Principal Systems Analyst (or closely related occupation)
- Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience as a Principal Systems Analyst (or closely related occupation)
- Conducts interviews with business users to gather requirements and analyzes technology needs and system and workflow challenges.
- Communicates progress of multiple projects to management, engages stakeholders on a regular basis, and manages expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
- Serves as industry subject matter expert and identifies other subject matter experts who are the sources of requirements for large and complex projects.
