The Secure Subsystems department at Collins Aerospace is responsible for designing, testing, and certifying cross-domain technologies and cryptographic products to equip warfighters. The Cross-Domain Solutions Engineering team is seeking an Integration and Test lead to ensure the successful verification and validation of Cross-Domain Solutions, maturing products from low Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) through accreditation and production.
Requirements
- Experience with the systems development process, including requirements capture, design, integration, and verification/validation
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience working in air-gapped CUI or secure lab environment.
- Familiarity with the Scaled Agile framework.
- Experience with automated software build, test, and deployment.
- Experience with CI/CD Pipeline tools.
- Experienced with generating Integration and Test Plans for Embedded Systems and Digital Hardware.
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis', architecture and design, primarily focusing on the Integration and Testing phases of systems development.
- Perform functional analysis', trade studies, requirements allocation for Integration and Test
- Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total system solutions.
- Lead Test Readiness Reviews with Customer and Certification Agencies
- Collaborate with Systems Architects, Product Owners, Chief Engineers, to generate Integration and Test Environments and Plans
- Lead Verification, Validation, and Qualification efforts in both Unclassified and Classified environments.
- Lead the development of the Continuous Development / Continuous Integration environment

- Active and transferable U.S. government issued secret security clearance is required prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience OR In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required.
- Exceptionally strong communication skills, experience presenting test metrics to program leadership.
- Experience working with a certification authority.
