Atlassian is looking for a Principal Technical Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts for Rovo, Atlassian’s cutting-edge AI product, driving adoption of transformative AI technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Rovo’s technical architecture, use cases, and roadmap.
  • Serve as a bridge between Product and Marketing—bringing product knowledge, customer feedback, and market trends together to inform product direction, pricing, positioning, and launch strategy.
  • Author and orchestrate technical and business content—solution briefs, use cases, launch assets, demos, enablement decks, blogs, and event materials—to educate, inspire, and influence adoption across the user journey.
  • Represent Atlassian AI in the industry through blogs, webinars, events, and speaking engagements.
  • Partner with Developer Relations and Product to create a strong external voice that builds credibility, drives adoption, and fosters community.
  • Stay on top of AI and agent market trends, customer needs, and competitive moves.
  • Craft clear, differentiated, and technically accurate positioning that showcases Rovo’s capabilities, value proposition, and differentiation for developers, IT leaders, and knowledge workers.
