Wizards of the Coast is looking for a Principal Product Manager to develop Play Tools that power D&D Beyond, the premier digital companion for Dungeons & Dragons, to enhance digital play for millions of players and Dungeon Masters.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience with a focus on digital product development
- Ability to collect, analyze, and leverage data insights to inform product decisions and improve overall business performance
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery and continuous improvement
- Experience with tabletop RPGs including Dungeons & Dragons
- Software development or similar experience
Responsibilities
- Define and manage a user vision and develop an actionable product roadmap in partnership with your design and engineering team.
- Prioritize opportunities that drive the most strategic value; working with your engineering team to scope efforts, set and track goals, and triage incoming priorities.
- Define the engagement strategy and work with partners across multiple teams and functional areas.
- Conduct customer research and solicit community feedback.
- Define how we measure success.
- Own defining and reporting on critical metrics, recommendations that use data to optimize them, and execution of those optimizations.

- The base salary range for this position is $154,400.00 to $248,600.00.
