Dun & Bradstreet is looking for a candidate to lead production operations for a large enterprise platform running in GCP, ensuring successful resolutions for incidents and requests, and improving operational efficiency through automation and analysis.

Requirements

  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (Preferably GCP)
  • Experience in providing technology support for platforms running in GCP.
  • Good Understanding of Java, IAM, LDAP, OKTA UID and Network concepts.
  • Hands on experience in Linux, Splunk, Power BI, SQL (BigQuery) & NoSQL database, and JDBC.
  • Good understanding on Data Caching technologies and Containerization in GCP.
  • Exposure to ITMS tools such as ServiceNow, xMatters.
  • Solid understanding of ITSM Fundamentals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Production Operations for a large enterprise platform running in GCP.
  • Prioritize the incoming incidents and requests among the team members and ensure successful resolutions on them.
  • Perform analysis on the incoming incidents/requests, identify patterns for automation and operations improvements.
  • Provide hands-on Level 2/ Level 3 support for a platform running in GCP.
  • Provide on-call support for any customer impacting Severity 1 or 2 incidents.
  • Perform root cause analysis for any customer impacting Severity 1 or 2 incidents.
  • Co-Ordinate with development team and provide necessary support during deployment and ensure successful knowledge transition to Operations team on the deployments.
