Spacelabs Healthcare is looking to solve challenges in the healthcare system, including enhancing patient experience, improving population health, reducing costs, supporting care team well-being, and advancing health equity by providing quality products that meet the needs of the caregiver and the patient. This role specifically aims to ensure products meet specifications, customer expectations, and QMS/regulatory requirements through problem investigations and software test engineering.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of software test or device integration test experience.
  • Must be able to use a PC along with software testing tools.
  • Experience working in an agile / scrum workflow preferred.
  • Experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft OS and software practices written for those platforms are required.
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures for software & system testing.
  • Ability to understand the configuration and set-up of equipment for testing and development.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, develop, and execute test plans and strategies.
  • Analyze, develop, maintain, and upgrade test standards and procedures.
  • Write, implement, and report status for system test cases for testing, to assist in debugging and modification of software.
  • Document test execution.
  • Analyze test cases to ensure functionality and recommend corrective action.
  • Design and create automated test scripts.
  • Evaluate software designs to understand the best test implementations.

  • This hybrid position is located at Spacelabs Healthcare headquarters in Snoqualmie, WA. The expectation is to collaborate onsite 3 or more days per week.
