Siemens Energy is looking to define and align the business's short and long-term digital landscape with internal stakeholders by leading digitalization efforts, automating manual processes, and integrating digital technologies into manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- ERP systems like SAP ERP Central Component (SAP ECC), focusing on backend structures and product configurator development
- Programming languages and frameworks such as VB.NET/C-Sharp.NET, ASP.NET Core, and SQL
- Implementing and optimizing MES solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiency and data accuracy
- Process Automation and System Integration
- Manage SQL databases (Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, and Snowflake) and Windows Servers.
- Provide technical guidance related to microcontroller programming, embedded systems development, and analog and digital circuit design principles, including ADCs, DACs, and signal conditioning.
- Maintain applications version control through distributed version control systems like GIT and Azure DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Lead the digitalization efforts by identifying areas for improvement, automating existing manual processes, and integrating digital technologies into manufacturing operation.
- Utilize ETL and reporting tools such as Alteryx and Tableau to enhance business intelligence.
- Develop and implement Manufacturing Execution System (MES) that optimizes manufacturing processes, improves operational efficiency.
- Integrate the ERP system (SAP) with the MES and other applications to ensure seamless data transfer between departments and systems.
- Streamline and automate business administration processes, such as procurement, inventory management, quality control, and documentation, to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
- Implement digital document management systems and processes.
- Manage the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) of digital controls used in conjunction with the product line, including design changes, version control, documentation, and collaboration with engineering teams.

- Develop and optimize departmental processes and tools for planning, scheduling, resource allocation, design verification, and quality assurance to ensure high productivity and timely delivery.
- Define metrics and KPIs to measure team performance and workload.
- 15% domestic and international travel required.
