The bank is looking to deliver against strategic automation initiatives and support the ongoing performance of processes that deliver key ROI value. This role will focus on the automation of manual processes and support the tracking of metrics related to process improvement strategies.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in RPA support or development, with a focus on UiPath.
- Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Assistant.
- Strong understanding of exception handling, logging, selectors, and workflow design.
- Experience with SQL, Excel automation, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent.
- UiPath Certified RPA Associate or Developer.
- Basic scripting knowledge (VB.NET, Python) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for UiPath-based automation solutions, handling escalations from Level 1 support.
- Investigate and resolve complex bot failures, business/System exceptions, and environment issues.
- Monitor UiPath Orchestrator for job statuses, queue health, and robot availability.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to minimize recurrence.
- Collaborate with RPA developers to identify and fix bugs, optimize workflows, and deploy updates.
- Maintain and manage UiPath assets, queues, schedules, and environment configurations.
- Support deployment activities including package publishing, environment validation, and rollback planning.
