Paulo's Cleveland Facility needs to find, design, and implement productivity and process improvements, with a primary focus on the Fuel Cell program and other development opportunities.
Requirements
- Utilize engineering knowledge and principles to find, design and implement productivity and process improvements
- Development of the Fuel Cell program

- Assist in the installation and start-up of new, rebuilt, or relocated equipment.
Responsibilities
- Assist Sales, Estimating and Production in new or existing job strategies to develop the most efficient production methods.
- Develop Work Instructions to ensure that best practices and process directions are documented and standardized.
- Develop and maintain reports and databases to track process development, including methods and results.
- Make observations and take measurements directly, as well as collecting and interpreting data from other personnel. Ensure the identification and development of best practices.
- Develop plant layouts and material flows using sound practices balanced with return on investment for a given project, while weighing future expansion opportunities.
- Find, design, and lead implementation plans for cost, productivity, profitability, and quality improvement.
- Assist in the installation and start-up of new, rebuilt, or relocated equipment.
Other
- Perform various leadership type tasks including but not limited to training, scheduling, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in all aspects of Production, to ensure that job development meets the customer’s standards. Including purchasing, inventory management, production, inspection, and internal and external communication.
- Effectively report improvement options to stakeholders and interested parties.
- Keep area clean and organized at all times.
- Follow all shop rules and ensure that all production activities are conducted in a safe manner.
