TekniPlex is looking to solve manufacturing and process engineering problems within the facility by planning, coordinating, and supervising engineers and staff to meet project and customer requirements while accomplishing production goals.

Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams and manages all manufacturing engineering activities and projects
- Create, monitor, and update appropriate metrics for presentation to senior leaders
- Lead level 0 and 1 projects by determining and meeting project milestones and deadlines
- Provide technical support to improve safety, quality, productivity and financial performance
- Define and create controlled documents
- Create/refine manufacturing requirements and methods
- Evaluate plant equipment and automation to develop recommendations for process improvements in capability, productivity, and quality
