Bullen Ultrasonics is looking to advance the performance and reliability of its manufacturing processes by hiring a Process Engineering Manager to lead and develop their engineering team.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency with data analysis and engineering tools such as Excel, Minitab, JMP, or CAD.
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving tools such as DMAIC, FMEA, DOE, and SPC.
- Lead cross-functional projects that enhance quality, safety, cost, and efficiency.
- Standardize engineering processes, tools, and documentation for consistency and speed.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, and Production to resolve issues and implement sustainable improvements.
- Use financial data and ROI analysis to justify and evaluate technical projects.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of process engineers.
- Set clear priorities and align team goals with company strategy.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and innovation.
- Required is a bachelor’s degree in a STEM related discipline.
- At least 5 years related experience (10 or more years is preferred) as well as at least 2 years management experience (5 or more years is preferred).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels.
- Proven ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a technical team.
