Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including macros and VBA
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation
- Familiarity with other data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean and analyze data to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement in business processes
- Create and maintain dashboards, visualizations and reports to communicate findings and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Utilize advanced Excel functions, including macros, to automate data processing and reporting tasks
- Evaluate existing processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and areas for optimization
- Conduct root cause analysis to address issues and prevent recurring inefficiencies
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision making
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve data workflows
Other
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, process improvement or a related role
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business analytics or related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
