Requirements
- Lean mindset understanding of the application of advance Lean tools as situations presents itself.
- SME on Hoshin Kanri process from development to deployment
- SME on Oobeya as a strategy deployment management process
- SME on OPD development and deployment
- Advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
- Knowledge of Theory of Constraints and Critical Chain Project Management
- Experience with virtual visualization and simulation tools
Responsibilities
- Provides strategic direction for the application of industry standard analysis methods and techniques to continuously improve and optimize solutions for complex engineering and manufacturing processes throughout the value stream.
- Leads the adaptation and implementation of national and industry standards for product definition data.
- Instructs others in continuous improvement tools and principles.
- Develops and updates instructional materials.
- Mentors instructors, experienced practitioners and leaders.
- Guides the effective application and integration of LEAN implementation.
- Leads and facilitates complex and high visibility process improvement efforts.

- U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
- An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance post-Start is required.
