Requirements
- Strong understanding of AI tools and automation workflows
- Experience in business process analysis, operations strategy, or technology consulting
- Experience applying AI/ML to real business problems
- Background in digital transformation or strategic project management
- Certifications in PMP, Agile, AI/ML, or analytics
Responsibilities
- Lead AI initiatives from concept through design, oversight, and performance evaluation
- Develop intelligent workflows and advanced prompt systems using enterprise AI platforms
- Architect AI-driven operational solutions across Service, Construction, and Sales
- Promote responsible AI use and workflow governance
- Evaluate departmental workflows to identify automation opportunities
- Assess current data flows and identify consolidation opportunities
- Oversee implementation of data integrations (e.g., APIs) across platforms

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
