Clarios is looking to standardize MSA and SPC programs across multiple manufacturing plants and improve measurement and statistical analysis systems to align with AIAG standards.
Requirements
- Familiarity with statistical tools.
- Microsoft Excel experience is strongly preferred.
- Minitab experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills;
- Prior internship or project experience in manufacturing or quality preferred.
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Ability to analyze existing documentation and processes, comparing them to AIAG standards.
Responsibilities
- Support the standardization of MSA and SPC programs across multiple manufacturing plants.
- Assess, document, and improve measurement and statistical analysis systems to align with AIAG standards.
- Develop and update documentation for MSA and SPC procedures.
- Collaborate with plant teams to understand current practices and conduct interviews/data collection.
- Identify gaps between current practices and AIAG requirements and propose solutions to close compliance gaps.
- Analyze existing documentation and processes, comparing them to AIAG standards.
- Get hands on experience in the shop floor by executing test methods for standardization.

- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.

- Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.
