Group 1 Automotive, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Data Analytics Manager to develop and maintain dashboards, analyze spending data, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives, supplier negotiations, and risk mitigation within their procurement and supply chain operations.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in procurement data analytics.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge: VLOOKUP/XLLOOKUP, Power Query, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
- Ad hoc analysis and data manipulation.
- Implement and manage procurement analytics tools and platforms (i.e. Power BI & Qlik).
- Proficiency with AI-driven and technical tools
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor procurement KPIs (e.g. cost savings, supplier performance, and contract compliance).
- Analyze spending data to identify trends, opportunities and risks across suppliers and dealerships.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and risk mitigation.
- Lead data cleansing, enrichment and classification efforts to ensure high-quality procurement data.
- Implement and manage procurement analytics tools and platforms (i.e. Power BI & Qlik).
- Proficiency with AI-driven and technical tools
- Support supplier segmentation and risk analysis using internal and external data sources.
