Requirements
- Experience in warehouse operations and familiarity with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, is a plus.
- Familiarity with data collection software
- Knowledge of warehouse management solutions

Responsibilities
- Design & Execute Adoption Strategies: Create tailored transition plans to help existing customers migrate from legacy functions to new RF-SMART solutions, with a focus on demonstrating enhanced value and operational improvements.
- Consult & Educate: Serve as the product evolution expert, proactively engaging customers to understand their current processes and illustrate the benefits of new functionality through demos, ROI analysis, and best practice sharing.
- Analyze & Report: Track adoption metrics, gather customer feedback, and identify trends to help refine the adoption strategy and product enhancement recommendations.
- Lead Customer Success: Guide customers through the adoption journey, from initial education through implementation, ensuring smooth transitions and documented success stories.
- Build & Manage Pipeline: Partner with Strategic Account Executives to identify and prioritize customers for product adoption, developing a systematic approach to customer outreach and engagement.
- Drive Customer Retention: Convert product education and customer engagement into tangible adoption wins, contributing to company revenue goals through successful migrations.
- Communicate & Collaborate: Maintain clear communication channels between customers, account executives, and internal teams to ensure aligned expectations and successful outcomes.

- A Bachelor's degree in a supply chain-related field or equivalent experience.
- Clear communicator with excellent presentation skills, whether in person or through web demos.
