PoolSpa Depot is looking to solve the problem of building backyard dreams by hiring a skilled sales professional to convert showroom visitors into committed buyers and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in 'big ticket' sales
- Background in home improvement and/or pool and spa products is preferred but not required if additional crossover skills are demonstrated
- In-depth product knowledge to guide customers through high-value purchasing decisions
- Experience with SharpSpring platform
- Experience with Counterpoint, vTiger systems
- Ability to leverage technology to drive sales and customer engagement
- Experience with sales events and initiatives to drive revenue and expand customer engagement
Responsibilities
- Convert showroom visitors into committed buyers by delivering a consultative sales approach that creates wins for customers, the company, and YOU.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and in all follow-ups using the SharpSpring platform.
- Leverage in-depth product knowledge to guide customers through high-value purchasing decisions across our extensive range of products and services.
- Demonstrate accuracy in completing sales documentation and entering data into Counterpoint, vTiger, and SharpSpring systems.
- Help maintain a well-presented showroom by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and strategic merchandising.
- Actively participate in sales events and initiatives to drive revenue and expand customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including sales, service, installation, delivery, construction, and administration to ensure seamless follow-up and customer satisfaction.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to pass a drug test
