Pennymac is looking for a Product Analyst to contribute to a Scrum team, focusing on delivering quality user stories on time. The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, participating in Agile ceremonies, and coordinating with developers and business experts to improve existing technology systems and develop new solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Agile experience
  • Highly proficient in the G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Experience or familiarity with marketing technology products
  • Customer data platform knowledge, including Tealium experience, a plus
  • Familiarity, experience, and/or willingness to embrace artificial intelligence tools to enhance productivity
  • Data analysis experience a plus
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence or similar tools required

Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements impacting technology systems and engage with technology partners to develop solutions through the technology change process
  • Writes and communicates requirements and user stories following standardized Agile framework
  • Work effectively and contribute actively within a Scrum or Kanban team
  • Create and maintain system and user documentation
  • Actively conduct and participate in Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Coordinate and conduct functional testing and support user training efforts
  • Create workflow diagrams and technical documentation

Other

  • Participate in and contribute to organizational analysis to identify current capabilities and opportunities for improvement
  • Interact and coordinate effectively with system developers and business subject matter experts regarding application changes, development, and deployment
  • Provide regular verbal and written status reports to management and stakeholders
  • Collaborate effectively with Tech Leads and UAT to define when user stories meet the definition of "done"
  • Manage communications with stakeholders and team members across functional areas to support project implementation
