Requirements
- Experience with tools such as SQL, Excel, Python/R, and data visualization platforms like PowerBI.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Foundational understanding of business strategy, product development, and a passion for innovation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Product Documentation: Clear, comprehensive documentation keeps product workflows, coverage options, logic, and system behaviors up to date.
- Problem-solving: Investigate product functionality issues and work closely with IT to develop solutions.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Ensure product changes align with business needs and validate new configurations before deployment
- Support Process Optimization: Collaborate with product managers to identify opportunities for enhancing workflows and operational efficiency.
- Innovate with Industry Trends: To propose innovative product improvements, stay informed on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and user experience trends.
Other
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, computer science, data analysis, or a related field.
- Prior experience in property & casualty insurance is a plus.
