Zero Zone is looking for a Product Analyst to support product strategy and execution across their Case Division, driving innovation and responsiveness by understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning.

Requirements

  • 1 year of relevant product experience and/or marketing roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in product development and improving customer experience.
  • Experience working in a product-lead organization.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Ability to apply critical thinking techniques to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of approved requests.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and positioning to inform product strategy.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor actions.
  • Gather and interpret the Voice of the Customer (VOC) using insights from Case Division leadership on strategic adjustments to enhance competitive advantage.
  • Own the non-standard order (NSO) intake process, acting as the first point of contact for incoming customer requests.
  • Evaluate and triage requests to determine feasibility, alignment with product platform strategy, and priority.
  • Assist in defining product requirements and validating solutions with cross-functional teams.

Other

  • Under the direction of the Product Manager, the Product Analyst will support product strategy and execution across the Case Division.
  • Collaborate with Case Division Product Manager to driver progress on roadmap initiatives.
  • Work alongside Product Manager to gather and interpret the Voice of the Customer (VOC) using insights from Case Division leadership on strategic adjustments to enhance competitive advantage.
  • Work with engineering, inside sales, and operations to assess impact and implementation plans.
  • Maintain change request log and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Desire to grow into a Product Manager role.
  • Maintain a positive work attitude.
  • Safety toe shoes and safety glasses are required while in production areas.
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk throughout the office and production areas; have use of hands and fingers to use a computer, telephone, and other office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
