In the Product Analyst position, you’ll drive category growth by delivering data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to support the Category Manager. You’ll lead efforts in pricing optimization, competitive analysis, product assortment planning, and customer insights. Your work will influence key business decisions and enhance performance across sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.

Responsibilities
- Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate market trends, pricing strategies, and product positioning.
- Identify opportunities to optimize assortment through SKU performance analysis and rationalization.
- Design and maintain dashboards and scorecards that visualize key product and category metrics.
- Analyze customer behavior, including adoption and defection trends, to support business strategy.
- Recommend targeted product selections based on purchase patterns, customer preferences, and formulary goals.
- Develop pricing strategies that balance profitability and market competitiveness.
- Leverage AI-powered analytics and forecasting tools to uncover new business opportunities.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Business , Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2-5+ years of experience in category management, data analysis, pricing strategy, or retail analytics.
