Johnson & Johnson Medtech is seeking a Product Analyst to join their Orthopaedics team to prepare and deliver customer-specific analytics by managing large data sets, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable, data-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including experience using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables required
- Working with PowerBI preferred
- Excel Analytics
Responsibilities
- Managing database updates through Jira ticketing system and automation processes.
- Reviewing and validating customer data to support analytics integrity.
- Executing monthly User Acceptance Testing for ongoing system enhancements.
- Maintaining ownership of data integrity and analytics tool configuration.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement and refinement.
- Conducting quality checks across multiple platforms to maintain data accuracy.

- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in an analytics-based role is required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Role based on the West Chester, PA campus & requires the ability to travel up to 10%
