Republic Finance is seeking a Product Analyst – Data Products & Automation to oversee the company’s primary loan management system and develop enterprise automation solutions. This role aims to streamline lending operations, improve customer experiences, and drive business performance through enhanced digital systems and automation.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or other analytical tools
- Ability to document workflows, define requirements, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Curiosity about how technology, automation, and analytics can improve business outcomes
Responsibilities
- Support the design and enhancement of loan servicing and automation systems, ensuring alignment with business needs and customer experience goals.
- Lead analytical discovery and operational/financial modeling efforts to develop strategies that balance operational improvements, risk, and delivery timelines—serving as a key thought partner in the core operations of our automation journey.
- Automation and ownership of key consumer loan calculations, becoming SME in loan system design and fundamentals
- Translate complex business processes into data-driven requirements, user stories, and workflow documentation.
- Analyze operational and system data to see opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Risk, and Operations) to test, refine, and deploy new product features and automations.
- Create and maintain dashboards, process metrics, and reports that monitor system and automation performance.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM major is required, advanced degree is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Contribute to a “test and learn” culture by designing experiments, analyzing outcomes, and sharing insights to guide product decisions.
