Requirements
- Strong SQL skills (ability to write complex queries to extract insights)
- Experience working with big data
- Experience with BI tools such as dbt, Heap, Metabase, and Power BI
- Bonus points for experience with python or Jinja
- Operating with a bias toward sharing, transparency and collaboration is your default

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dbt models to create clean, documented, and tested datasets for downstream use
- Get to the bottom of data discrepancies and chase down oddities, support the rollout and maintenance of SpotOn's analytics layer, ensuring trust in our metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with data engineers to understand source systems and identify opportunities to improve pipeline performance or schema design
- Investigate unexpected metric movements, identify future opportunities, and serve up data-backed recommendations

- Drive Constant Improvements
- Team Up: Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to drive the business forward
Other
- 2-3 years of experience in analytics engineering, product analytics, or a related field
- Min: Bachelors in a quantitative field of study
