Visa is looking to enhance operational performance across debit product teams by leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) and other emerging technologies to boost efficiency, support data-driven decision-making, and streamline workflows.
Requirements
- Experience with Generative AI tools and their application in business process automation.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, recommend and implement solutions.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Experience with process mapping and workflow design.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to identify inefficiencies in product workflows and implement Generative AI-powered solutions to enhance productivity, collaboration, and operational outcomes.
- Build and refine automated processes that reduce manual tasks, improve quality, and accelerate deliverable timelines across teams.
- Assist in managing the end-to-end PLM process for debit products, ensuring compliance with Visa requirements and timely completion of all lifecycle stages.
- Partner with product managers, operations, and technology teams to design and implement AI-driven tools that improve communication and information sharing.
- Conduct targeted research on market trends, competitive products, regulatory updates, and emerging technologies to inform debit product strategies.
- Analyze operational and product performance data to identify opportunities for product improvements, cost savings, and market differentiation.
- Support the rollout of new tools and processes, providing training and ensuring adoption across teams.
