Truist's Digital Commerce & Marketing Capabilities platforms need analysis, design, and support to transform and meet the challenges of the technology and digital world. The Product Analyst will support documenting and optimizing processes across the team and assist in Truist's Digital Transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience with technology online/mobile product implementations.
- Experience with digital release schedules.
- Experience with on-going support.
- Detailed understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC- both waterfall and agile).
- Solid understanding of trends in technology and in the financial services industry.
- Ability to learn and translate technically complex concepts into business friendly terminology.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products, to analyze and communicate complex information to business leadership.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and support Truist's Digital Commerce & Marketing Capabilities platforms.
- Create product documentation for new product features and enhancements.
- Translate functional documentation into product technical specifications.
- Support business validations for the product release.
- Maintain current product support documentation.
- Develop system testing plans and conduct testing with system enhancements, user application, and quality assurance testing.
- Monitor digital trends across one or more digital properties for progress against KPIs, performance SLAs, and extract insights for future enhancements.

- Bachelors’ degree in business, engineering, design, or technology field; or related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- One or more years of banking, financial services, digital, or other relevant work experience

- Comfortable managing concurrent projects in a fast-based, results-driven environment
